Red Swiss Chard Bhaji

Ingredients
Red Swiss Chard leaves and stalk- 1 bunch, chopped1 tomato chopped2 tsp olive oil1 tbsp moong dal1 tsp paanch phoran (fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds, kalonji seeds)2 dried red chillies
Directions
heat oil in a saute pan
add panch phoran, and dried red chillies, let it crackle
add moong dal, saute for 2 min
add chard and tomatoes, mix well, cover and cook until tender. Sprinkle with salt
