Ingredients
I modified the original recipe, because I had no Chinese cooking wine nor dark soy sauce (just simple soy sauce for sushi) plus I added sweet chilli sauce for more taste :)Also, as I had a frozen piece of pork, I cooked the meat before (to defrost it faster), so the cooking time was shorter and I added some vegetables (lettuce and onions).
Directions
instructions:
Heat oil ( I used my home made chilli olive oil) in wok and put dried chilli with garlic.

Before garlic turns brown, add pork and stir well. Add sugar and dark soya sauce. If you use raw meat, wait till it is cooked on outer side (if it is cooked, you can do it in a few minutes) and add hot or boiling water (200 ml) (make sure that water keps on boiling) and add the vegetables, stir everything and leave for the vegetables to get soft, then add salt and some black peper (original recipe suggested to add Chinese cooking wine in here) and wait till the water is almost gone from the pan.
You can serve it with rice or noodles.
