Health(ier) No-bake Cookies

Ingredients
1/8c plain nonfat greek yogurt1/4c butter1/2c almond milk, unsweetened1c brown sugar1/4c cocoa powder1c protein powder (I used vanilla)1/2c natural crunchy peanut butter3c quick oats1t vanilla extractDash of saltCombine oats, peanut butter, protein, salt and vanilla in a large mixing bowl and set aside.Combine yogurt, butter, milk, cocoa and sugar in a medium sauce pan and heat on medium heat, stirring occaionally. Once at a boil, stir for one additional minute and remove from heat to pour over ingredients in the large mixing bowl. Mix well. Form into balls and drop onto wax paper. Allow to set; may be placed in refrigerator to speed up. Enjoy!
