1 cup non-fat milk 1 scoop flavoured whey protein powder (I prefer butter cream toffee flavoured)1 serving low cal instant chocolate (I use Cadbory's Fudge Highlights Instant Hot Chocolate)1 cup ice cubes(add some low fat/cal cream cheese and you have an excellent protein rich ice cream)
Directions
Blend and enjoy before or after workout!
