Ingredients
**Crust**1/3 cup almond meal1tbsp butter**Filling**1 egg1/4 cup cream cheese2 tbsp sour cream1/2 tsp baking powder3 square dark chocolate
Directions
melt butter add almond meal to form crust.
mix all other ingredients add on top of crust. microwave for about 4 minutes.

    Tastes yummy and so easy. I used some sugar-free sweetener in the filling and substituted part flax meal in the crust to add more fiber without carbs. Since you didn't specify baking dish, I use a ramekin for my other recipes, so that's what I used for this. I also used 85% cacao quality chocolate. - 8/2/13
