Sweet Potato Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 1/2 cup mashed sweet potato 1 cup mashed banana 1 cup gluten free flour 1/2 cup quinoa 1/4 cup rolled gluten free oats 2 scoops vanilla whey protein 2 egg whites 3/4 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk 1/2 cup ground flax seed 1/2 cup hemp seeds 1/2 cup flax seeds 1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda 2 tsp cinnamon 1 tsp nutmeg 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tsp liquid stevia
Directions
Mix all ingredients. Pour into muffin tin and bake 15-20 min at 400F.
