Mint-Chocolate Coffee Creamer

Ingredients
1 cup skim milk1 1/2 tablespoons cocoa powder1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) agave nectar1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
Directions
Whisk together the milk and cocoa powder in a small saucepan. Heat until mixture just begins to steam. Remove from heat; add agave nectar and extracts. Store in glass container up to 10 days.
