1 lb ground turkey1 16oz package elbow noodles4 oz Velveeta Light (melted)1/2 c Ketchup1 can Italian Diced tomatoesSalt and pepper to taste (I like to use garlic salt)
Brown ground turkey; boil noodles according to directions on package; melt Velveeta in microwave. Drain noodles; Drain tomatoes; Mix all ingredients together in large cooking pot, cook over medium heat until heated through. Serve
