Healthier Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups all purpose flour3 1/2 teaspoon baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 tablesoon granulated sugar1 1/4 cups non fat milk2 egg whites2 tablespoons butter, melted
Directions
1) Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and sugartogether in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and pour in milk, egg whites, and melted butter; mix until smooth.

2)Heat a grittle pan over medium heat. using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake, pour or scoop batter onto grittle. Brown on both sides and serve hot.

    Have made these at home for my kids and myself before and they're really good. However, I will admit that I usually add a splash of vanilla to mine just to give em' more flavor. - 10/3/13
