Ingredients
1 cup Steel Cut Oats2 cups water4 cups Unsweetened Almond Milk1 sliced banana (optional)1/2 cup ground Flaxseed1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Spray non-stick oil in crockpot. Add all ingredients, stir or whisk together. Set temp on low for 7 to 8 hours.
