Peas and carrots, frozen, 100 grams (remove) Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, 325 grams (remove) Onions, raw, 1 large (remove) Almarai Low fat laban, 1 serving (remove) Ginger garlic paste, 1 serving (remove) *turmeric, 0.5 tsp (remove) *chopped green chillies, 4.5 oz (remove) *Salt - Table - 1 tsp., 2 tsp (remove) *Mazola Corn Oil, 1 tbsp (remove) *Al-Marai whole curd, 150 gram (remove)
Fry frozen chicken balls till golden.Remove and keep aside and to this add chopped onions.Saute for 6 to 7 mins and put in a mixer alongwith green chillies,chirongee,curd 1 cup,laban 1 cup,zeera,cardamom,black pepper corns,cloves,poppy seeds.
Add this paste to the same pan in which we fried chicken n sauteed onions earlier.Saute this paste ,add 1 cup water,add the chicken ball,and frozen peas and carrots.Stir and cover for 15 to 20 mins or till oil separates.Serve hot.Sprinkle dried mint leaves on top.
