Sweet Potato Hash Browns

Ingredients
2 large sweet potatoe diced1 sweet onion diced1 sweet red pepper diced2 cloves garlic minced3 tblsp olive oilsaltoreganoblack pepperpaprika
Directions
Boil diced sweet potato in salted water for 3 mintes drain. In a skillet heat the olive oil. Add the onions and garlic and red pepper. Cook until soft. About 10 minutes. season with salt, oregano, paprika and black pepper. Add the sweet potatoes and cook until browned.
