Coconut oil - 3/4 C - liquifiedShredded coconut - 2.5 CCocoa powder - 1/2 CVanilla extract - 1tsphoney - 1/2 C
Combine all ingredients except coconut in a bowl. Add coconut and stir to combine. Line a baking sheet (or other container) with wax paper, use a tablespoon to make 20 balls, and put in freezer to "cook" for 30 mins.
