Salted Caramel Mocha Smoothie

Ingredients
1 Banana (small)1 C Milk (nonfat)2 TBSP Torani Sugar-Free Syrup1 tsp Sea Salt1 TBSP Cocoa Powder (for baking)1 C iceWhipped Topping and caramel ice cream topping are optional, and not counted in the calories. But if you add them, add a dash of salt to the top!
Directions
Blend all ingredients, except ice, in blender.
Add ice, using ice-crush setting on blender. Pour in large glass, and enjoy.

*(optional) add 2 TBSP whipped topping and a drizzle of caramel ice cream syrup to the top. Sprinkle with sea salt.

Serving Size: Makes One Large Smoothie
