Ground beef, 1Kg White Rice, short grain, 1Kg Onions, raw, 2 Medium Parsley, 3 Bunches Fresh Coriander Leaves 3 BunchesSalt, 1-2 Tbsp Pepper, black, 1-2 TbspCumin seed Powder 1 Tbsp
Directions
mix all gredeints and ground very finely in a Meat Grinder
with a wet (hands/plastic gloves) shape it fingers or balls
