Donut Hole Muffins

1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup butter or margarine (I Can't Believe it's Not Butter Light used here)3/4 tsp nutmeg1 cup flour1 tsp baking powderTopping:1/4 cup butter or margarine1/2 cup sugar1 tsp cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375F
Mix sugar, butter and nutmeg in a bowl.
Add flour and baking powder and mix until incorporated.
Spoon batter into 24 greased mini muffin cups (about 1 tbsp per cup) and bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small bowl and in another small bowl combine sugar and cinnamon.
When donut holes are done, remove from the pan and while still warm dip individually into first the melted butter then the cinnamon sugar mix.
Serving Size: Makes 24 donut holes
