Baked green chile chicken chimichangas

Ingredients
2 medium diced potatoesEl Pinto medium green chile sauce, 1/2 jar2 La Tortilla Factory Multi-Grain Soft WrapShredded chickenCheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shreddedOlive Oil, 1 tbsp
Directions
Shred the chicken into bite sized pieces. In a large skillet, combine chicken, 1/2 jar of green chile, diced potatoes, and some chicken broth or water if necessary. Simmer until liquid is absorbed and potatoes are soft. Fill tortilla wrap with filling and cheese. Roll into a burrito. Brush the tortilla with olive oil. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes or until tortilla is crispy.
