Dukan Shirataki Pad Thai

Ingredients
Directions
2 (8 ounce) packages shirataki noodles (I like angel hair best)6 oz cooked shrimp1 tablespoon minced garlic1 tablespoon minced ginger1 tablespoon srirachasauce1 tablespoon soy sauce1 tablespoon peanut butter1 tablespoon water1 tablespoon rice vinegar1 teaspoon nectresse sweetener1/2 teaspoon sesame oil1 tablespoon fish sauce1 teaspoon green onion1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
Directions:
1.Drain the Shirataki noodles and make sure they're dry (don't want to retain the smell of the water they're packaged in).
2.Spray pan with canola oil and heat. Add the garlic and ginger and heat until fragrant. Stir in the shrimp and cook. Stir in the noodles until separated and coated.
3.Separately, combine the soy sauce, fish sauce, sesame oil, nectresse, rice vinegar, peanut butter, water and sriracha. Pour the sauce over the noodles and shrimp.
4. Toss it all together. Allow the sauce to heat through. Remove from the heat.
5.Top with green onions and chopped cilantro and serve.
