Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernelsPeas, frozen, 1 cupGreen Beans (snap), 1 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced*Tomatoes, red, ripe, canned, wedges in tomato juice, 4 cup*Imagine Organic Vegetable Broth, 3 cupkale - Glory chopped kale, fresh, .75 cupCarrots, raw, 1 cup, choppedOnions, raw, .5 cupPotato, raw, 1 cup diced, choppedSalt and Pepper to taste
Put all ingredents into slow cooker including the tomato juice from the canned tomatos, cook around 6 hours
