Ham and Cheese Egg Omlett

Ingredients
2 tbsp Half and Half1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese2 large eggs2 slices of honey hamPam for saute pan
Directions
Preheat omelet pan with Pam. Beat two eggs with the half and half. Dice up the ham and set aside. Add egg mixture to heated pan and allow to cook for a moment and then add ham. Cook till eggs are set and then add half of the cheddar. Melt the cheese and remove from pan. Add remaining cheese on top and dig in.
