Cheesy Corn "dog" muffins

1 cup yellow cornmeal1 cup flour2 tbsp sugar1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking powder1 cup non fat milk1 tsp vinegar2 eggs1 smokie link, diced small1 cup loosely packed shredded cheddar cheese
1. Mix dry ingredients.
2. In separate bowl, whisk eggs and oil. Add milk mixed with vinegar.
3. Pour milk, egg, oil and vinegar mixture into dry ingredients and mix until just mixed.
4. Fold in cheese and smokie.
5. Put into muffin cups either lined with paper or sprayed with cooking spray and bake for about 14-15 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool.
Serving Size: Makes 12 muffins
