Coconut Curry Chicken crockpot

1/2 TBSP EX Virgin Olive Oil4 Chicken Breastsdash of saltGarlic 2 clovesOnion 1/2 of a med3/4 cup mushrooms2 1/2 cups whole Green Beans3/4 of a green pepper1 can of non fat Chicken Broth Goya Coconut Milk 1 can(I subtracted 2 cups for the liquid leftover that is not eatten but needed to cover the food while cooking, if you have a small crockpot you can use half a can of both broth and Coconut milk. You can also use ligth cocnut milk to further reduce fat and sugar content.)1 Tsp curray power
Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt, brown in oil and then tranfer to crockpot on low heat. Cut your mushrooms, onions, and peppers. Place cut vegetables, garlic, and green beans on top of chicken. Mix can coconut milk and can of chicken broth and pour over chicken. Cook for about 6-7 hours.
