Creamed Tuna

Ingredients
2 - 12 Oz cans of Solid White Abacore Tuna in Water (Drained)2 Tbl Margerine1/4 Cup of Flour1 1/2 Cups of Skim Milk
Directions
Melt Margerine in a sauce Pan
Add Flour , Slowly Stir in Milk and make a Roux
Add Tuna
Stir and Heat until Thick and Bubbly.
Notes: If it's too thick add some more milk.

Serve on Whole Wheat Bread Toast or Toasted English Muffin.
We like to have Sweet Peas as a side with this dish.
