Wheat Germ Chicken Fingers

Ingredients
4 oz. chicken breast1/2 whole egg1/8 cup wheat germsalt (to taste)garlic (to taste)dried parsley - dashcooking spray
Directions
Slice chicken breast into strips as large as you'd like your tenders to be.
Add salt, garlic, and dried parsley to wheat germ and set aside in a bowl.
Dip chicken strips in egg, and then dip / coat in wheat germ combo.
Lay chicken strips on cookie sheet coated in cooking spray.

Bake for 20 minutes on 400F, flipping once 1/2way through.

    It's a little dry but I did mine in little chicken nugget sized pieces so that may be why. The family loved it especially my kids. - 10/17/11
