Deb's Creamy Cheezy Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
tomato paste, 1 TBSPdiced tomatoes with green pepper, 1/4 cupgarlic, 3 cloves, mincedonion, 1/4 smallbell pepper, 1/2 regular, any colorcanned carrots, 8.25 ozcanned baby corn, 13 oznonfat milk, 1/4 cupff chichen broth, 1/2 c.10 oz Boneless Skinless Chicken 2% or FF cheese, 4 slices
Directions
place garlic, onion, bell pepper, carrots, corn broth, tomato, diced tomato & chicken in crockpot . Cook for 3 hours, add milk & cheese, cover & cook another 30 minutes - 1 hour. Shred chichen, return to crockpot, mix well with a wooden spoon & serve a generous cup over 1/2 cup brown rice.
