Ingredients
1 Cup almonds ground1/2 Cup Hemp hearts1 Tbls Aluminum free Baking powder1 Cup egg whites1 tsp Vanilla extract2 Tbls Coconut Flour1/2 Cup Flax Seed Meal
Directions
Grind almonds,flax meal,coconut flour,and 1 Tbls baking powder.
Beat egg whites until peaks form add vanilla and fold in
all the dry then place in 5 inch baking rings on parchment lined cookie sheet
