Oat Protein Muffins

Ingredients
1 Scoop vanilla protein powder1 2/3 c. quick oats pulsed in blender to make flour3 Tbl brown sugar2 Tbl PB21/4 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/4 c flour1 egg1/4 c milk1 tsp vanilla1 c. cinnamon applesauce
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Spray muffin tins with Pam.

Mix protein powder, flour, sugar, salt PB2, baking soda and baking powder in a large bowl. In a seperate bowl, mix egg, milk, vanilla and applesauce. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into prepared muffin tins and bake for 13 minutes. Let cool on cooling rack.
