Baked vegan falafels

Ingredients
1 15oz. can chickpeas1/2 small sweet onion3 cloves garlic1 tsp. cumin1/2 tsp. chile de arbol or any chile powder1 tsp. sea salt1/4 C. parsley1/4 C. cilantro1 tsp. baking powder1/4 cup all purpose flour1 tbsp. olive oilwater, as needed
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Add all ingredients except water in a blender. Pulse until incorporated, scraping down sides, add 1 tbsp. water at a time. Make sure not to add to much water or they will be hard to roll into balls. With floured palms roll into balls and place in a well oiled muffin tin. Gently press balls down to form patties.
