Mongolian Stir Fry

Ingredients
Soba Noodles, 2 1/2 cupChicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removed Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced Bean sprouts, 1 cup Curry powder, 4 tsp Garlic, 2 cloves Ginger, ground, 4 tbsp Cider Vinegar, 2 tbspSweet Cooking Rice Wine, 2 tbsp
Directions
Combine all items together in wok. Cook using water and ingredients listed, until all meat is cooked thoroughly. Divide into 4 even portions. Might serve alongside brown rice and/or soup.
