Ingredients
Salmon, Salt, pepper.
Directions
1 serving size is 3/4 fillet of salmon. Rub olive oil on salmon to keep fish from drying out when baking. Sprinkle salt and peppert. Cook at 400 degrees for 40 minutes.

    I seasoned with garlic pepper seasoning and seasoned salt, than topped with lemon slices. Baked @350 covered for 20 minutes, then uncovered and baked for an additional 10 min. - 3/8/15
