Ingredients
fry onions, garlic to release scent. stir in diced up beef. cover with water, stock and tomato paste. simmer for 2 hours. Add vegetables - cook for another 20 mins or until meat is tender. Cutup rosemary, garlic and lemon rind to sprinkle on top.
