1tbsp Chia seeds1.5 serving PB 21/2 cup unsweetened coconut milksmall bananacinnamon to tastestevia to taste
Directions
mix all ingredients except banana.
Let chia gel up for 10 mins then add sliced banana

    I love this combo i eat it every morning! but I make my breakfast pudding as follows...1 cup of plain home made Kefir..1/4 cup of bluberries, 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 TBSP chia seeds. shake well refrigerate over night. in the morning I add 10 drops of stevia, 1/2 of a banana, and 1 TBSP peanut butter! - 5/17/14
