Combo Grain Pancakes

Ingredients
1 cup self rising white flour1 cup spelt flour 1 cup 1% milk1 cup Almond milk1 large egg1 tbs olive oil1 tbs cinnamon1 packet Stevia
Directions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Using a soup ladle, spoon into hot pan with olive oil and fry until brown on both sides.
