Mushroon lentil Veggie Patties

Ingredients
8 oz cremini or baby bella mushrooms1.5 slices multigrain bread or whole wheat bread3/4 cup chopped onion1 large egg, lightly beaten2 cloves garlic1 cup cooked lentils2 tbsp dijon mustard1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Saute onions and garlic in olive oil. Cook lentils as directed on package. Add mushrooms, bread and cooked lentils into food processor and pulse until mushrooms are chopped and ingredients are combined. In a large bowl combine mushroom/lentil/bread mixture with onions, garlic, dijon mustard and egg until well mixed. Form four patties and cook on grill (see picture).
