Thai Peanut Chicken and Rice Noodle

Mixed Vegetables, 2/3 cup frozenTyson Chicken Breast BAKED [4oz raw =110] this is baked!, 18 ozDole Classic Cole Slaw, 7.5 cup [full bag]*Dynasty Maifun Rice Sticks [whole bag] 3.5 servings*Thai Peanut Sauce, San-J Gluten Free, 8 tbsp*Fresh Lime [half for each of us]*Oil - Cooking Spray, Great Value Butter-Flavored (2 sec spray)
First I put the rice noodles in hot water and let them soak while I cook everything. (About 10 minutes)
Cut the chicken breasts into small pieces and then brown in nonstick spray. Add mixed vegetables and then cabbage, and then drained rice noodles. Add Peanut sauce and stir until well mixed.
