Ingredients
1 bag of Frozen Raspberries semi-frozen2 cups of vanilla soy milk2 medium sized bananas, unpeeled2 tsp of stevia sweetener or splenda1-2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
Directions
4 - 8 oz servings

Pour the semi-frozen raspberries into a blender with the soy milk. Blend for about thirty seconds.
Drop both of the bananas into the blender (you may need to mix this a bit), Lastly, add the flaxseed and enjoy!
