Ingredients
Near East Roasted Garlic & Olive Oil CouscousOlive OilShrimp, cookedBroccoliOnions, rawGreen Peppers (bell peppers)Water
Directions
Very much like the Vegetable Couscous...
1. Saute chopped onion and green pepper in 1 Tbsp Olive Oil.

2. Add in frozen chopped broccoli and shrimp and cook until soft.

3. Add in water, seasoning packet (from the couscous), and 1/2 T olive oil. Bring to a boil.

4. Move all ingredients to the sides of the saucepan, add couscous to the center. Ensure the couscous is consuming the water.

5. Remove from heat. Cover. Let stand 5 minutes.

6. Fluff couscous and serve.
