Adams Over Roasted Chick Peas

Ingredients
4 cups canned chick peas, drained3 TBSN olive oilsalt to season
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Drain and rinse chick peas. Scatter on paper towel lined baking sheet. Let stand 15 minutes. Remove paper towel, toss chick peas with olive oil. Roast until crisp and golden about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven and toss with salt (and other herbs and seasonings equaling 1 and 1/2 teaspoons).
