Crockpot SHORT RIBS

Ingredients
Beef chuck, arm pot roast, or boneless short rib, 3 lbmix together in a bowlBeans, black, 1 cup-raised beans real goodOnions, 1 cup, choppedGarlic, 3 clovesKetchup, 1 cupTomatoes, canned, whatever type you wantSugar 2 tbspwhite Vinegar, 2 tbspWorcestershire Sauce , 6 tspDry Mustard, 1 tspPepper1 tsp
Directions
mix all ingrediants in a bowl except the meat

Place meat on bottom of crock. sprinkle with onion and garlic, layer with more meat.
Pour the bowl mixture over the meat.
Push down around the meat.
Set the temp on crockpot to high for 2 hrs, then turn it to low after it bubbles. Cook until tender, about 6 to 8 hrs on low depending on the type of meat that you use.

After the meat is done, turn off the heat and let cool for 5 minutes. Skim fat from sauce.

Serve with potatoes, couscous, noodle, or plain like a chili. And dont forget the veggies or a salad.

this would make a good chili, take away worcesteshire suace and ketchup. Add another can of tomoatos. add chili powder, cumin or what ever spices you like.
