Flounder Filets-frozen (2); fresh Boccoli heads; fresh Baby Spinach; Honey Mustard; Walden's Ranch Dressing
Directions
Poach the flounder filets and dice up when cooked; steam broccoli; add hot items to fresh spinach leaves, add condiments and stir together. Serve warmed.
