Baked Pasta Penne

Ingredients
16 oz. whole wheat penne pasta1 jar (26 oz.) Ragu Light Pasta Sauce15 oz. Ricotta Cheese, Part Skim8 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Part Skim
Directions
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Cook pasta as directed on package. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup pasta water.

Mix pasta sauce, ricotta cheese, 1/2 cup pasta water in large bowl. Add pasta and 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese. Mix. Spoon into 13x9 sprayed baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella cheese and cover with foil.

Bake 30 minutes. Uncover and back 10 minutes.

Makes 8 servings, 1.25 cups each.
