Broccoli steamed in tomatoes

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbspBroccoli, fresh, 4 cup, chopped or dicedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 cup, chopped or slicedLemon juice, .1/2 tbspShallots, 2 tbsp choppedParsley, 1 tbsp
Directions
Heat Oil, saute broccoli for 2 min over med heat

Stir in remaining ingredients.
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Cover and simmer for 4-5 min until broccoli is tender.
