Cinnamon Raisin Biscuits WW Quick Light and Healthy

Directions
1. Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl; make a well in center of mixture. Combine buttermilk and oil; add to flour mixture, stirring just until dry ingredients are moistened.
2. Turn dough out onto work surface; knead 3 to 5 ties. Roll dough to 1/2” thickness; cut into rounds with a 2” biscuit cutter. Place rounds on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
3. Bake at 425F for 10 minutes or until golden. Combine powdered sugar and apple juice, stirring mixture well; drizzle over warm biscuits.
Yield: 1 ½ dozen 1 biscuit per serving
