2 sheet nori, toasted1/4 avocado, sliced1/4 cup cucumber slices (about)1 green onion, sliced up1.5 ounces smoked salmonCilantro leaves, optionalCarrot slivers, optional
Directions
Toast nori. Divide ingredients between the 2 sheets, place in a line along one edge. Moisten other edge. Roll up. Eat.
