Banana Applesauce Muffins with Brown Sugar Oat Topping

1 cup AP flour3/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour1 teaspoon baking powder1/2 teaspoon baking soda1/2 teaspoon cinnamon1/2 teaspoon nutmeg1/2 teaspoon salt2 eggs or 2 egg substitute1 cup banana, mashed1/2 cup applesauceTopping1/2 cup instant oatmeal1 tbsp brown sugar1 tbsp white sugar1 tbsp unsalted butter
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spray a 12-cup muffin pan with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Combine the dry ingredients and mix well. In a separate bowl, mix all the wet ingredients. Add together and mix well.
4. Pour into muffin tin.
5. Make topping by mixing ingredients together with fingers until crumbly texture is achieved. Divide among tops of muffins in tin.
5. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes.
