Healthy Banana Nut Oat Muffins

1 cup flour1 cup oatmeal2 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking sodapinch of salt1 egg1/2 cup low fat yogurt (plain or vanilla)1/4 cup splenda brown sugar1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce3 ripe bananas***optional 1/4 cup nuts
Pre-heat oven to 350C.
Mix egg, applesauce, brown sugar and oats together.
In another mixing bowl mix baking powder, baking soda, flour and salt.
Add flour mixture to the oat mixture alternating with the yogurt. Add the bananas. (nuts if using)
Bake for 20 min.
Serving Size: Makes between 9
