4 oz flaked cooked crab meat2 tbsp minced celery2 tbsp minced red bell pepper1 tbsp minced scallion1 tsp minced fresh parsley1 tbsp light mayo2 tsp ketchup 1 tsp lemon juiceDash white pepper1 pita bread (approx 110 calories)Lettuce leaves
Directions
In bowl combine crab meat, celery, red pepper, scallion, and parsley. In small bowl stir together mayo, ketchup, lemon juice, and pepper; combine with crab meat mixture. Line pita with lettuce leaves, place crab mix on top and roll sides up.
