Whole Wheat Lasagna Casserole

Ingredients
Ground Turkey, 2 unit, yield from 1 lb raw (remove)Water, tap, 1.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)Salt, .25 tsp (remove)Pepper, black, .25 tsp (remove)Tomato Sauce, 1 cup (remove)Tomato Paste, 1 can (6 oz) (remove)Whole Wheat macaroni, cooked (pasta), 1.5 cup (remove)Cottage Cheese, Nonfat, 16 oz (remove)*Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese, 1.25 cup (remove)
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare a 13"x19" pan with cooking spray; set aside.

In a large saucepan, brown garlic and onion, add ground turkey after seasoning with salt and pepper until pink. Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, and water. Mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, ten minutes stirring occasionally. In prepared pan, layer half the macaroni, cottage cheese, and meat sauce. Sprinkle half cup of cheese over meat sauce. Repeat layers, ending with remaining meat sauce. Top with remaining cheese. Bake, uncovered, 40 minutes or until bubbly and cheese has melted.
