Ingredients
2 Apples4 Cups of Water2 Cups of Steel Cut Oats1 Tbsp of Cinnamon, or to taste4 Tsp of Splenda Brown Sugar, or to taste
Directions
Cook in the crock pot for 1-2 hours until desired consistency is reached. Stir once apple/brown sugar/cinnamon starts to bubble to the top.
