Almond Butter and Banana Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
1/2 cup almond butter2 bananas mashed1/8 cup maple syrup1 cup rolled oats1/2 cup flax seed1/2 cup oat bran1/2 cup chopped pecans3 tbs chopped almonds1/2 cup chopped dates1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Heat almond butter with mashed bananas and maple syrup. Mix dry ingredients in separate bowl. Combine. Spray 9x9 cooking pan with non-stick spray. Spread mixture evenly. Sprinkle with extra rolled oats. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool. Cut into bars. Wrap tightly.

Serving Size: Makes 12 1x4 inch bars (or there abouts)
